Brown Jr. issued Executive Order B-48-18 calling for 5 million zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) by 2030 and the installation of 250,000 electric vehicle chargers and 200 hydrogen refueling stations by 2025.  &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"239\" height=\"211\" src=\"http:\/\/eeppaa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/glb-1D.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-819\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AB 32, California&#8217;s landmark global warming bill, establishes a first-in-the-world comprehensive program to achieve cost-effective reductions in greenhouse gases through energy conservation and renewable energy production, effectively making California a hotbed of renewable energy and energy efficiency innovations. In November 2010, voters overwhelmingly reaffirmed California&#8217;s commitment to clean energy by rejecting a ballot measure challenging AB 32.<\/li><li> <br>Streamlining environmental permits will generate jobs and economic activity related to the construction, architectural, materials, and finance industries. The California Air Resources Board is working with regional planning agencies to simplify the CEQA review process for thousands of new projects that reduce greenhouse gases. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"334\" src=\"http:\/\/eeppaa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/electrifyamericachargersbybtcpower1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-837\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eeppaa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/electrifyamericachargersbybtcpower1.jpg 550w, https:\/\/eeppaa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/electrifyamericachargersbybtcpower1-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eeppaa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/electrifyamericachargersbybtcpower1-390x237.jpg 390w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order by then Governor Edmund G.
