In January 2018, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. issued Executive Order B-48-18 calling for 5 million zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) by 2030 and the installation of 250,000 electric vehicle chargers and 200 hydrogen refueling stations by 2025.

  • AB 32, California’s landmark global warming bill, establishes a first-in-the-world comprehensive program to achieve cost-effective reductions in greenhouse gases through energy conservation and renewable energy production, effectively making California a hotbed of renewable energy and energy efficiency innovations. In November 2010, voters overwhelmingly reaffirmed California’s commitment to clean energy by rejecting a ballot measure challenging AB 32.

  • Streamlining environmental permits will generate jobs and economic activity related to the construction, architectural, materials, and finance industries. The California Air Resources Board is working with regional planning agencies to simplify the CEQA review process for thousands of new projects that reduce greenhouse gases.

The order by then Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr., gives EEPPAA an attractive position in the CA market.

CALIFORNIA BUSINESS PORTAL

We plan to build 25,000 recharging stations in CA.  We will make each recharging station a destination location for electric vehicles as we will provide a total solution environment.  We will include, but not be limited to, a bar, restaurant, gym, retail and wholesale sales of our products, (including but not limited to food, vehicles, alcohol, housing, lumber, and much more), motel, game room and other desirable attractions for our clients and customers to relax and enjoy themselves while their cars are being recharged.  These amenities also create thousands of new businesses of which we can sell or franchise to buyers who want a great opportunity!  The average time to recharge is about 45 minutes, so we will give the clients/customers options for spending their time at our recharging stations.
